A Solar System to be determined once all the other steps have been taken. This way you will know what size you really need as well as what size battery backup will be needed.
The Solar System analysis will be accompanied by an Electrical Usage Analysis. This will determine what power each appliance uses and if you need to upgrade and/or replace your air conditioning units, fridges etc.

As part of the Villa insulation the Solar Attic Extraction Fan is an important part of the overall plan to ‘reduce heat and save money.’

This project is a ‘shake wood roof villa’ that has two separate buildings and we installed one fan in each roof.
The difference was immediate and when the ‘ceiling insulation’ was installed the temperature in the ceiling where the hot air meets the cold air was 5’C difference.
The net result the air conditioner was changed from 18’C to 26’C and reducing the temperature the the ‘great room’ immediately and from being sweaty, it was not cold! The air conditioner was now turned off in the day and only used to cool the room down, from running it 12 hours a day!
